Band Name Origins

How did Def Leppard come up with their name? Shouldn't it be spelled "Deaf Leopard"? Well, the band's lead singer came up with "Deaf Leopard" as a youngster, and modified it to look more like the name "Led Zeppelin". You get the picture? In this quiz we'll look at the origin of some other band names- from the 1960's and 70's. I'll give you certain clues, maybe an audio clip, and you're on your way! Give it a try.

R U A Fan of the "S" Bands?

I have done a bunch of these types of quizzes already. The quiz title pretty much sums up the quiz. If you are a fan of music and know a great deal about bands that start with the letter "S", then this quiz should be relatively easy. If you don't know anything about music, well, that's a different story altogether. For the most part, my quizzes are pretty easy, so I am going out on a limb here, and saying that you will do just fine. Are you ready for the task at hand? Good, so without further adieu, I give you "R U A Fan of the "S" Bands"? Good luck and start quizzing!
