My last movie.
As anyone who is familiar with my quizzes knows I am a movie buff and I have a very ecclectic taste in movies. I just recently saw The Maltese Falcon (Overated), Lucky Number Slevin(Very Good), The Sentinel (Great), Frankenstein Conquers the World, Dr. Chopper and Scarecrow Gone Wild! I watch movies nearly every day and have 4 full qeues on my Netflix account. 1 is just B-Movies and all 500 slots are full!

Just re-watched the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy w/my son over the Holiday. Love them, love them, love them! Thinking about re-reading the books for like the 5th time in my life.
If anyone like epic movies w/great special effects like "Lord of the Rings", "Troy", "Star Wars" etc. check out the trailer for a movie coming out in '07 called "300". Looking forward to that movie with great anticipation.
If you just type 300 into yahoo search the first hit should be the website for the movie. You can watch the trailer for it there.

Aladdin .. yes
OK don't laugh. The last movie I saw was Aladdin. Watched it with my 3 yr old daughter and loved it. It was the 1992 version, hadn't seen it before. Actually the DVD said "2004 edition", not sure if there is any difference. A true classic!

OK, if you refer back to my previous post I mentioned the movie "300". Has anyone else seen this? I FREAKIN' LOVED IT! Totally lived up to, and exceeded, the hype for me.

Knocked Up
My wife and I just went to see Knocked Up. Hilarious. The whole audience was diggin it.
Not your typical romantic comedy at all. Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock would be totally out of place in this one.
I give it an 8.5.
("10" being Shawshank Redemption, "1" being Are We There Yet?)

Well, the title says it all. Comment on the last movie that you saw and rate it from 1 to 10.

Here's a few more...
I just saw Superbad at the theater and it was hilarious. If you laugh at insanely stupid flicks like Talledega Nights and Dodgeball, this is for you.
After my wife and kids went to bed, I popped in Mel Gibson's Apocalypto and was blown away. It was intense and fascinating. I highly recommend it.
I was forced to watch Wild Hogs last week. You'd think a movie with Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence, and John Travolta in a biker gang would be a recipe for lameness ..... but I ended up liking it. Maybe it was a long day at work and I had taken leave of my senses, but I couldn't help but enjoy this movie!
Lastly, I rented season one of the "Captain and Tennille Show". In one segment Toni Tennille does a duet with a pre-Saturday Night Fever Travolta, and they sang "Don't Go Breakin' My Heart". Special guest appearances by Redd Foxx and Arnold Horshack .... need I say more? Rent this.
