I think there should be a way for team leaders to send a single message to all team members! Also I think they should have instant message on this site. Any Thoughts?

Great idea Phreekshow! Now that is has been implemented I have another recommendation (if feasable). Can the Bulk team messags be grouped by the team leader so it does not show EACH individual message on your message list? I know Anthony sent a test bulk message to the entire team and with so many players on the team it took 173 individual outgoing message lines in his mailbox. Can't all them show as 1 message? If not possible to due, totally understand but it never hurts to ask.

...but then team leaders will not know who reads their messages (and when). Examining the sent items folder can give team leaders lots of clues!

Excellent point. If you see that team members are not opening up the messages, then you know that they are not active on the site. I did not think of that until now, good job !!!!

Maybe team leaders could have a page that allows them some general info on all their team members such as how often they are on, How often they do quizes, etc.
Something like a leader board maybe.
