Private teams!

I think that each member should be able to have a private team as well as the public one that they have now! Just a thought! Very Happy

People cannot just join! It would be restricted to who you invite!

If this was the case, then I would have no team. I usually invite all of my members/teammates. It is very rare that somebody just joins the site and happens to join NYS. It happens, but not all that often.
