How do I select an image for my new quiz?

The ideal quiz image is in focus, bright and colorful. Its width is smaller than its height.

A good place to find images is Google Image Search. You must ensure that the image you select is not subject to copyright.

There are two ways of selecting an image -- from your computer (file) or from a web page (URL).

To upload an image from a file:

- In the "Add New Quiz" screen, click on the button marked as "Browse", located in the Quiz Image section.
- A window named "Chose File" appears.
- Navigate to the image located on computer and highlight/select it.
- Click on the button marked "Open".
- The "Chose File" window disappears and the filename and location now appear in the "Add New Quiz" screen.
- When you finish filling out all fields and press the "Add Quiz" button, the image is automatically saved.

To upload an image from a web location (URL):

- In the "Add New Quiz" screen, find the field titled "Get image from URL", located in the Quiz Image section.
- There, type (or paste) the full address to the image.
- If you are not sure of the full address, open the page where the image appears. Place the mouse cursor over the image and select "Properties". The full address will appear in the "Address/URL" area. Highlight it with the mouse, right-click over the highlighted area and select "Copy". This saves the location to memory. Now go back to the "Add New Quiz" form, right click over the "Get image from URL" field and paste the location.
- When you finish filling out all fields and select "Add Quiz", the image is automatically saved.
